Ingredients (4 servings)

  • * 6 « Chérie » potatoes
  • * 1 piece of Chorizo salami (125 g)
  • * 100 g of chickpea
  • * 1 sprig of celery * 1 fresh red onion
  • * a few pitted black olives
  • * 1/2 of chives bundle
  • * a pinch of hot pepper spice
  • * oil * salt * wine vinegar

Preparation

Gravy :
mix salt with wine vinegar. Add oil. Stir. Add a pinch of the hot pepper spice..

Cook the chickpea for about an hour and a half in boiling water. Decant. Do not peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 15-18 minutes. Decant, peel the potatoes and dice them into 1 cm pieces.
Cut the olives into quarters, dice the onion. Mix the potatoes in a bowl with olives, mildly chopped chives, celery and a little bit of red onion.

Cut the Chorizo into small pieces and add it into the mix. Add chickpea. Pour the gravy over the mix. Garnish with a leaf of celery and an olive. Serve when it’s cooled down.
